WEST CENTRAL COMMUNITY HOSPITAL PATIENT/VISITOR INFORMATION

To make your stay with us as easy as possible, West Central Community Hospital recommends bringing the following things with you.

• A light robe or dressing gown
• Warm socks or slippers
• Personal toiletry items (tooth brush, special shampoos,
  personal comfort items)
• Eye glass case (if you wear eye glasses)
• Glasses and contact lense case (if you wear contact lenses)
• Denture cup (if you wear dentures)
• List of current medications and dosage, or prescription bottles
  

For safety reasons, West Central Community Hospital asks that the following items be left at home:

• Valuable items and more than $10 in cash
• Electronic devices such as radios or laptops
• Cell phones
  

Weapons are not permitted on West Central Community Hospital property.
