Workers Compensation

Employer Information

Dear Employer,

We are excited to introduce our revised Workers Compensation operational procedures. We want your experiences to uphold the great medical care and services we strive to provide with the addition of a point specific Employer Care Plan, which will be customized to your specifications. It is out goal to offer timely communications between our staff and your contact person with the appropriate information necessary for you to file your claim and meet guidelines which may be time sensitive. It is our desire to assist in handling those unforeseen moments with great consideration to the employee and employer.

Workers Compensation Claims have been known to create a periodic point of tension with physicians, the employees and the employers. As with any sensitive area of concern physically and financially there are a number of factors to consider. To minimize the impact a work related injury or illness can generate on an employee and the employer, it requires skilled, trained professionals that are willing to create a balance of fair, precise, and consistent care with the understanding of occupational health management.

We, here at Union, are proud to say we decided to take the entire concept and generate the smoothest continuum of care possible. It is our best interest as well as yours to create a Work Comp Friendly Environment. We are confident the improvements you will see will reflect the hard work and effort we have put into this program.

Welcome to our website:

Sincerely,
Judy Maynard, LPN
