Township Trustee
The trustee can help with food, rent, utilities, clothing, medical care and transportation to find a job. They can help once every six months. Each township has a trustee's office.

Protective Services - Intervention services for children who are abused or neglected, foster home studies, day care licensing, and adoptive placement services.

Food Stamps - Provides food stamp coupons to low income individuals and families.

Medicaid - Medical coverage for individuals who meet financial guidelines and meet one of the following:

Child- M.N., M.K., M.C.
Disabled- M.D.
Aged- M.A. For persons over 65 years of age
Blind- M.B.

Aid to Dependent Children- Financial aid to families with children when one parent is either disabled, unemployed or out of the household. Services available as a part of this program include Work Incentive Program, Parent Locator-Child Support Program, Early Periodic Screening and Diagnostic Testing, and Food Stamps.

Crippled Children's Program- Medical care for a child who is diagnosed as having a medical condition that can be treated, but if left untreated can be crippling.

Hospital Care for the Indigent- For low income individuals who are admitted to the hospital but are without funds to pay. Application is taken at the hospital and processed by the Welfare Department.

Eye Treatment- Eye care for low income individuals.
