The Cancer Center physicians and staff, through their interdisciplinary activities and cancer programs, are positioned to reduce the mortality and morbidity of cancer by

• Providing high quality services for the detection, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of cancer and cancer morbidity;
• Providing high quality educational programs for the advancement of health professionals' knowledge in treating patients with cancer;
• Conducting clinical research;
• Increasing public awareness of cancer and promoting programs to improve prevention, detection and treatment of cancer in Wabash Valley citizens; and
• Bringing new modalities for the treatment of cancer to the Wabash Valley.
