Mammography Guidelines

Mammography The most successful defense against breast cancer is early detection, which is best achieved through a combination of periodic mammograms, annual clinical breast examinations and monthly breast self exam (BSE). The American Cancer Society recommends women receive a mammogram yearly after age 40.
