The Boutique At Clara Fairbanks Center for Women

For women throughout the Wabash Valley who have undergone breast surgery, The Boutique offers a selection of products in an atmosphere of privacy and concern.

The Boutique has breast prostheses for women who choose not to have reconstructive surgery and balance forms to return symmetry after a lumpectomy. We also have bras and swimwear from quality companies like American Breast Care, Amoena and Jodee.

The Boutique is staffed by Dawn Kennedy, who is an ABC Certified Fitter Orthotic Mastectomy (CFom) and BOC Certified Orthotic Mastectomy Fitter (COMF). Working one-on-one with each woman, she provides personal service and fitting for each woman’Äôs specific need.

Items purchased at The Boutique are covered by most insurance companies and Medicare, and assistance may be available if the patient does not have insurance or is underinsured.

The Boutique is open by appointment only, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and Dawn encourages anyone who has concerns or just wants information about post-mastectomy products to call The Boutique or set up an appointment to come in.
