Services paid at full benefit percentage if obtained at Union Hospital, Sullivan County Hospital, West Central Community Hospital, Crawford Memorial or Greene County Hospital. Otherwise services will be 50% reimbursed. Exceptions allowed for emergencies, medical necessities or procedures not done in these facilities.

PTO (Paid Time Off)
  Full-time, part-time A (64 hr.) and part-time B employees accumulate Paid Time Off. PTO is determined by calculating longevity and number of hours worked per pay period. Refer to the employee handbook for accumulation levels. The Accumulated PTO Bonus is paid on the pay period following the second anniversary of the date of employment and annually thereafter as long as the specified bank of hours is maintained.
