About the Union Hospital Foundation
- The Union Hospital Foundation was established as a Not-for Profit Corporation in 1985.
- Since its inception, the Foundation has:
Received gifts, grants and bequests totaling $ 11,185,000.
Awarded grants to Union Hospital and select other organization to support advances in medical care and to promote health totaling $ 6,825,000.
Those funds received by the Foundation that have not been awarded as grants have grown through investment to over $ 6,400,000.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Union Hospital Foundation is charged with setting the mission, the vision and the strategic purpose for the Foundation, with providing governance and exercising control and management of funds, property and affairs of the Foundation.
The Board is made up of 30 individuals who reside and work in the Wabash Valley. They volunteer their time and expertise to govern and guide the Foundation.
